Loni Moger
Guitarist, Vocalist, Composer and Instructor
Loni Moger has been a quiet but significant part of the Kelowna music scene for more than a decade now. Originally from the Canadian priaries, after spending four years on the East Coast of America where he studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston
he then relocated to Calgary before moving to Kelowna in 2008. Busy as both a sideman behind local jazz vocalists and part of the popular Songs of the Southern Belles revue show, Moger's guitar has been adding
texture and colour to many musical situations around Kelowna and beyond.
Most recently, he has been appearing with Anna Jacyszyn at FOD Lounge every second Thursday and gigging with SOTSB when covid restrictions allow.
As an insctructor, Moger teaches guitar, voice, music theory, ear training, improvisation, songwriting, arranging, and recording music.
Moger also provides producing, mixing and mastering services from his home studio here in town.
