2020 Year in Review

a challenging year for the Kelowna music scene

2020 Music Scene in Review

what was that?

Hundreds of gigs cancelled, whole tours put on hold, some venues disappearing, others able to adjust, local musicians lost.

This was a year like no other. Thankfully, some of the very best in people surfaced and some amazing things were accomplished this year. A "Health Care Heroes" song, some incredible videos produced and released, so many local bands participating in fundraisers for the local food banks, and other impressive acts of kindness, gernerousity and charity. We know that we are only aware of a tiny percentage of all the things that Kelowna area folks did for others and haven't and wouldn't tell a soul about. We salute you for everything you did this year. Thank you. Thank you so very much.
