Jimmy LeGuilloux
Guitarist and Singer/Songwriter
Jimmy LeGuilloux is an award winning musician/actor/producer/engineer/radio personality from Kelowna British Columbia, Canada.
He was awarded the 2017 Anita Tozer memorial award at the city of Kelowna civic awards for his outstanding contribution to the quality of life in Kelowna.
Jimmy loves theatre and has appeared in Rock of ages, the Who’s Tommy and he was a big part of the recording and live production of Raft a rock opera.
He joined Tragically Hip tribute band “The Hip Replacements” in 2019. His many bands performed regularly at Ski resorts in the winter, and enjoyed Houseboats and Festival shows in the summer.
Normally, he could be found playing solo acoustic shows year round and now spends a lot of time in his own recording studio.
He has produced tons of up and coming artists in the area, and wrapped up a 25 year run hosting Whiski Jacks Rock4kids in 2018. The concert series benefiting the Power104 kids care campaign.
He also just finished a five year weekly feature called "New music review with Jimmy LeGuilloux" on Kelowna's best rock POWER104 fm radio.
His songs have received airplay internationally and he has seen many parts of the globe in his 30+ years in the business including the UK, JAPAN , New Zealand and many shows in the US and Canada.
Jimmy has a new song that is set for release January 2021. “What now?” was produced and co-written by Steve Soucy who passed away in late November 2020. They had completed two new recordings, and were planning on writing and completing Jim’s album over the winter months.
