Zoe Marie Welch (born December 21, 2000) is a Canadian singer/songwriter based out of Kelowna and Vancouver, BC. Performing has been a part of her life since she was just three years old. Zoe began singing and taking vocal lessons when she was twelve and found her love for R&B/Soul music. At sixteen she wrote her first song and within a month wrote her debut EP titled “As Promised”. She has started to make a name for herself through performing these past few years in Kelowna and is stepping into the Vancouver music scene as well. On September 19, 2019 she released her EP which drew much attention. Zoe has always credited her emotional vulnerability for writing songs.
