I am very much a people person and as a result love my job. I feel a strong sense of satisfaction helping families find that special place they can call home, and, working with people to move forward in life realizing their dreams and maximizing the equity in their home.

Some of the skills and strengths I bring to my Real Estate career are 30+ years in renovation and new home construction, experience as a real estate investor (myself), and a background in marketing and sales. I have learned how to make money in the real estate market (and also learned how to lose). ...maybe I should of started an HGTV program as a Home Improvement Guy?!?

I was raised in Alberta, 1 of 3 boys, on an acreage in a small town. My father was self employed as a local plumber and my mother worked in the pharmacy.

I moved to Winnipeg at a young age and stayed for 12 years, returning to Alberta for another 12 years, now residing here in the beautiful Okanagan. My wife and I have been married for a glorious 17 years. We share a daughter, who is now married and enjoy our 3 year old grandson as the newest addition to the family. Life is good!

My life experiences through the school of "Hard Knocks", has taught me to be grateful and to use those lessons in my profession as a REALTOR for the last few years.
