Curtis is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, composer, and performer who has dedicated over 30 years to playing wind and non-wind instruments. Beginning with the clarinet and transitioning to the saxophone, his primary instrument
is the tenor sax, but he also excels at the alto and soprano sax, along with other wind instruments such as flute and clarinet. Curtis has actively participated in various musical groups in the Okanagan region, showcasing his versatility:

He is also involved in numerous musical venues and events across the Okanagan, including performances at wineries, retirement resorts, cafes, and various festivals. Curtis's musical influences encompass a range of genres, with key
inspirations including Tom Scott, Tower of Power, Yellowjackets, Spyro Gyra, and AWB. Additionally, he showcases his musical versatility by playing other instruments such as guitar, piano and bass. Overall, Curtis is a dedicated and
accomplished musician, contributing to the vibrant musical landscape in the Okanagan region.
